When the game center closes at night, the various characters in the game socialize with each other. Ralph, the antagonist of the game Felix, is ostracized by the other characters for being the villain of the game, while the titular hero Felix is praised and awarded with medals. After the game's denizens banish Ralph from a party, Ralph decides to earn a medal from the Hero's Duty shooter, but is brought into Sugar Rush, a candy-themed kart racing game.
Here Vanellope, a young girl, decides to collaborate with Ralph to recover his medal and win a karting race. So they build one and hide on Diet Cola Mountain, an unfinished racing track, where Ralph teaches Vanellope to drive his candy kart ....
